Click on above link and select your event to view by clicking on event name.
You will be asked to register your name and email (This information will only be used to contact you in regards to the event images...we do not share our email list). If the event shows a padlock icon next to it, that event is password protected. (you will need to contact Cheryl for the password CLICK HERE to email Cheryl or call 503.653.7800)
Select ALBUM to view by clicking on the album (There are 1-8 albums per event and SOME albums will be out of your screen view and you will need to scroll down to find them.)
MOST images are identified by event date and time AND are in date/time sequence. There will be up to 40 images per page in each album. Some albums have up to 20 pages. (I like the option to view 100 images per web page...look to left side of screen for that option).
You will need to SCROLL down each page to locate your images. (Some images are out of date/time sequence and it is recommended that you check EACH page for your images)...OR you may utilize the SLIDE SHOW for an automated overview of images.
When you locate an image, this a very good time to double-check the details and clarity/resolution of your image (eyes open, etc) by clicking on the actual image and using the ZOOM IN button feature to more closely inspect. This is also a good time to TRY out the B&W or Sepia buttons to see if you might like those effects...I'm not charging you for this feature, so HAVE FUN! (close the window when finished inspecting and playing with the effects)
NEXT, place a check mark in the small box below the image and click on the shopping cart icon to add to your shopping cart. (You may delete it from the cart later if you choose...I HIGHLY recommend that you place ALL of your images in the cart so you will not have to waste your time searching for them again later.) You may also SELECT several images on your CURRENT album page to add to the cart all at one time...but only ONE page at a time.
After you have inspected and placed your images into your shopping cart from each page and each album (Always check the last album in case we tried something special with one of your images) it is now time to go to your shopping cart to select print sizes, try out fun borders/effects and try out the cropping feature. Please note that it may take a little extra time for the cropping feature to load the first time for each session. If you have trouble using this feature, Cheryl will be checking the crops anyhow prior to releasing your print order to the lab. Call Cheryl if you are having difficulty using the tools (sometimes computers, software and the order site refuse to cooperate!)
There is also a VERY HANDY TOOL in the Shopping Cart where you may SAVE an order in process and return to that saved order within 14 days and re-open your saved order to work on it some more. (this tool is only accessible from the shopping cart page).
